Beiermann Consulting was founded in 2023 by Stephanie Beiermann, a seasoned payroll and HR professional with more than 25 years of industry experience. Throughout her career, Stephanie held a variety of leadership roles in payroll and human resources, gaining deep expertise in operations, compliance, systems, and strategic transformation.

In 2018, Stephanie began consulting and quickly discovered a true passion for helping organizations improve their processes, enhance efficiency, and navigate complex challenges with confidence.

 

She found fulfillment not just in solving problems—but in empowering clients with smarter, more sustainable solutions.

Driven by a desire to have a greater impact and offer clients a more personalized, high-touch consulting experience, Stephanie launched Beiermann Consulting.

 

Today, the firm is built on her commitment to excellence, integrity, and the belief that thoughtful process improvement can unlock real business value.

Stephanie is a strategic leader with over 25 years of experience in the areas of Payroll, Time and Labor, Human Resources, Accounting, Operations, and business process. She has extensive technical knowledge across multiple HR/Payroll/HCM software platforms. She brings experience from multiple industries including retail, food and beverage, education, consulting, and manufacturing.

Stephanie has led hundreds of HCM implementations for companies ranging from 30 employees to 18,000 employees across all states.  Her technical system knowledge, project management, and business process experience drives successful client implementations.  Stephanie has also served as Director of Client Success in a previous position and has managed successful ongoing client relationships.

Amy Sanford is an accomplished Human Resources professional with over a decade of experience in HCM consulting, payroll, benefits administration, and strategic HR leadership. She has held roles including HR Business Partner, Benefits Manager, and HR Service Manager, supporting organizations through process improvement, compliance, employee engagement, and system implementations. Amy is recognized for driving results through thoughtful people strategies, operational excellence, and hands-on project management across diverse industries and company sizes.

Isabel is an HCM Consultant with over 3 years of experience in Payroll and Human Resources. Passionate self-starter with experience in Payroll and HR business processes. Detail oriented professional with technical experience in ADP Workforce now, ADP Vantage, UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions and UKG Ready. Extremely analytical problem solver with focus on streamlining processes and tasks to save clients time and energy. Experience with Recruitment and Applicant Tracking, Hiring, Terminations, New Employee Onboarding, Benefits, Online Enrollment, Time and Labor, Payroll and Reporting. Implementation experience using multiple platforms including UKG Ready, UKG Pro, Paycom and ADP. Project Management experience using multiple Platforms including Smartsheet.

Isabel Bullock

HCM Consultant

With over a decade of experience in accounting, payroll, and HR operations, Liz  brings a deep understanding of both technical and people-focused processes. She has led payroll across multiple industries, worked with a variety of HCM systems including ADP, SAP, Oracle, and Prism, and managed complex compliance tasks. Known for her training expertise, leadership across remote teams, and commitment to accuracy and confidentiality, she is a versatile asset to any HR or payroll project. Liz currently serves as an HCM Consultant with Beiermann Consulting, supporting clients with implementation, optimization, and operational support.

Christen Shields is a dedicated HRIS and Implementation Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience across HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and all other HCM modules. She has successfully managed up to ten concurrent HRIS projects, leading clients through full-suite  implementations.  With a background in HR management and strong hands-on expertise in payroll, compliance, and onboarding, Christen brings exceptional communication, organization, training and client leadership skills. She is recognized as a Top 30 Paycom Transition Specialist and a consistently high-performing, detail-driven consultant committed to operational excellence.
